Please allow 5–7 business days for production before your order is shipped.

Once your order is shipped, delivery typically takes up to 7 business days, depending on the destination country.

We offer free shipping across the European Union.

Returns

We hope you love your Luna Clare piece.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your order within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

* The item must be unused and in its original condition.
* The item must be returned in its original packaging.
* The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Once the returned item has been received, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
